my new drop biscuit recipe

Blend together with a fork 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 4 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sugar. Cut in with a pastry blender 6 Tbsp butter or shortening. Mix in 1/2 cup of half-n-half and 1/2 cup butter milk (milk + vinegar). Mix well.

Place about 3/4 cup flour on plate. Spoon biscuit dough onto flour, covering completely and shaping into a ball. Make sure to flour fingers for ease of working with dough.

Place biscuit in a greased pie plate and bake at 425* for about 12 minutes.

So easy. So good.
